August 19, 2016 New Castle County transferred the building to Veterans Watchmaker Initiative
Tom Gordon, County Executive of New Castle County gave the 307 N. Sixth Street Property to Veterans Watchmaker Initiative. The facility was officially transferred to the Veterans Watchmaker Initiative Inc. in a ceremony that occurred November 7, 2016.
